Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Research design and implement computer vision algorithms and models.
- Develop and optimize deep learning models for object detection recognition and tracking.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate computer vision solutions into existing products and systems.
- Design develop and deploy advanced computer vision algorithms and applications incorporating AI and ML techniques.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and implement new features.
- Write highquality maintainable code and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices within the team.
- Communicate complex technical problems and solutions clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in computer vision AI ML and related technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
- Analyze and improve the performance of computer vision applications through data processing and algorithm refinement.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in computer vision and machine learning research.
- Lead the development of image processing pipelines and workflows.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of computer vision algorithms and systems.
- Contribute to patent disclosures and academic publications in the field of computer vision.
- Participate in defining the technical roadmap for computer vision technology within the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in computer vision research and development. At least 8 years of proven experience in building and deploying computer vision applications at a senior level.
- Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.
- Expertise in image processing feature extraction and object recognition.
- Proficient in Python and C programming languages for algorithm implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying computer vision solutions in realworld applications.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles and techniques.
- Proven track record of leading complex computer vision projects from conception to implementation.
- Experience with GPU programming and optimization for deep learning tasks.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a crossfunctional team environment.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git for code management and collaboration.
- Knowledge of computer vision libraries and tools such as OpenCV Dlib or PIL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms for deploying and scaling computer vision applications.
- Prior involvement in academic or industry research focusing on computer vision and related fields.
