Job Description
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management and external stakeholders.
- General Ledger Management:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Post journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes including invoice processing payment scheduling and collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and management of outstanding receivables.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances to ensure financial goals are met.
- Compliance and Internal Controls:
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles policies and regulations.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Tax Preparation:
- Prepare and file TDS and GST returns in accordance with local law and regulations.
- Assist with tax audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions including profitability analysis and cost management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records and documentation.
- Ensure records are securely stored and easily accessible for audits and reviews.
- Support and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial needs and address accountingrelated issues.
- Provide support during financial audits and reviews.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Experience as an Accountant or similar role.(1 to 3 years)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.Zoho book and Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word).
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
