Accounting Executive

1. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management and external stakeholders.

1. General Ledger Management:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Post journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial data.

1. Accounts Payable/Receivable:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes including invoice processing payment scheduling and collections.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and management of outstanding receivables.

1. Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and analyze variances to ensure financial goals are met.

1. Compliance and Internal Controls:

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles policies and regulations.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

1. Tax Preparation:

• Prepare and file TDS and GST returns in accordance with local law and regulations.
• Assist with tax audits and provide necessary documentation.

1. Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions including profitability analysis and cost management.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

1. Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records and documentation.
• Ensure records are securely stored and easily accessible for audits and reviews.

1. Support and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments to support financial needs and address accountingrelated issues.
• Provide support during financial audits and reviews.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Experience as an Accountant or similar role.(1 to 3 years)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.Zoho book and Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word).
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
