Position Summary
Reporting to the Director Development and Communications the ManagerCommunications and Marketing is responsible for the development andimplementation of all communications and marketing strategies of Mon SheongFoundation. The incumbent will oversee the production of communicationsmaterials and marketing campaigns; increase the digitization of the Foundationsmarketing efforts; and collaborate with the rest of the Development andCommunications team to enhance Mon Sheongs image while promoting its servicesevents and fundraising needs.
Responsibilities
Develop and implementcommunications and marketing initiatives to promote Mon Sheongs work andelevate its brand image.
Oversee the preparationof written communications such as feature articles press releases letters andspeeches; marketing collateral such as flyers posters and brochures; andvarious publications such as newsletters magazines and annual reports.
Lead the creation of newwebsites to ensure sufficient functionality and support is provided for theFoundations services events and fundraising initiatives.
Manage strategyactivity content engagement and advertising campaigns of social mediaaccounts to enhance the Foundations digital presence.
Supervise mainstreammedia relations and media pitch activities.
Work closely with theManager Event Management to coordinate and execute Foundation events whileoverseeing the production of promotional materials and external communicationsto generate event publicity and coverage.
Work closely with theManager Resource Development to produce fundraising campaigns and assist inthe solicitation and stewardship of corporate sponsors donors and prospects.
Collaborate withpromotional partners vendors and service providers for marketing activitiesas needed.
Act as a liaison tofacilitate understanding between the Foundation and the community.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
