Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and testing objectives for healthcare information systems.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for clinical applications ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Validate system integrations including Health Level 7 (HL7) messaging standards.
- Provide enduser support coaching and troubleshooting during healthcare transformation projects.
- Perform testing and implementation for urgent care emergency care and new healthcare facility setups.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Certification in software testing or quality assurance (e.g. ISTQB International Institute of Software Testing).
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in project environments.
Preferred Experience
- (10 years) Testing healthcare information systems in clinical settings.
- (10 years) Experience with Allscripts clinical applications (registration and documentation).
- (5 years) Testing system integrations using HL7 standards.
- (5 years) Supporting endusers during acute care transformation projects.
- (5 years) Implementing/testing healthcare systems for urgent or emergency care.
- (1 year) Experience in testing systems for new healthcare facility establishments.
