Position Description
You will be a key part of Panis sales team reporting to CEO responsible for owning multiple (regional & strategic) endcustomer accounts & channel partner relationships while creating new successful business outcomes including renewals growth. Working crossdepartmental you will gather relevant information from Customer Success and Onboarding on value creation and customer product usage to drive effective performance improvement plans with customers which will lead to renewals and upselling opportunities.

You have a passion for water treatment and have a clear understanding of plant operations and processes. You enjoy the challenge of working on innovative projects with an equally talented group of coworkers who will both challenge and support you. You believe in lifelong learning and welcome the opportunity to constantly iterate and improve upon your skills. Fundamentally you want to use your talents and energy to better the world for others and contribute to the responsible management of global water and energy and CO2 reduction.

Compensation
Pani offers a competitive total rewards package which includes a comprehensive health & dental benefits and paid time off. The annualized base salary range for this Victoriabased role is CAD $75000 to $120000. The base salary offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill set level of experience applicable to the role they are being offered and consideration of internal equity. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and expertise.
