Job Description: Advisor/Project Leader (Safety Mark) Safe Entrepreneurship
Location: Utrecht Netherlands
Contract Type: Freelancers/Contractors (ZZP)
Language Requirement: Must speak Dutch
Duration: ASAP until(approx. 4 months) with possible extensions
Workload: 3236 hours per week

About the Role
Utrecht is rapidly growing and developing and we are committed to supporting local entrepreneurs in maintaining safe clean and operational business areas. As part of the "Work for All and Economy" task within the Department of Space you will work closely with the Public Order and Safety team. Your role will involve ensuring a secure business environment in Utrecht through proactive engagement with entrepreneurs and leading initiatives focused on safety.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance the safety and cleanliness of business areas and shopping centers.
Lead workgroups focused on the Safe Entrepreneurship Quality Mark (KVO).
Address issues related to safety cleanliness and certification compliance.
Mobilize and support entrepreneurs including organizing resilience training sessions.
Requirements
Education: HBO level (Higher Professional Education) work and thinking level.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with entrepreneurs and government entities.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong affinity with safety issues and the politicaladministrative landscape.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a resultdriven approach.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Proactive and able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience handling reports and changes related to JD Edwards Enterprise One. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the public sector. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience working in an agile change team. Preferred Qualifications: Recognized expertise in JD Edwards Enterprise One.
