Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lab Chemist Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of their construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement comprehensive quality assurance and control programs for all construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections audits and testing to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Develop review and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends issues and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination regarding quality matters.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project personnel on qualityrelated issues.
- Investigate and resolve quality nonconformances and defects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of qualityrelated activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques equipment and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
