Operational-

• Designing and Implementing DevOps Practices: Developing and implementing robust DevOps methodologies, processes, and tools to support continuous integration, continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD), and automated infrastructure provisioning.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Designing, building, and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.

• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Establishing and managing CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable releases.

• Monitoring and Logging: Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health, performance, and availability of applications and infrastructure components. Utilizing tools like Prometheus, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or cloud-native monitoring solutions.

• Configuration Management: Managing configuration drift and ensuring consistency across environments using tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible, ensuring efficient application of configuration changes.

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) resources, including compute instances, storage, networking, and databases, leveraging cloud-native services.

• Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with development, operations, and QA teams to foster a culture of collaboration and mutual understanding. Communicating effectively to align DevOps goals with business objectives.

• Security and Compliance: Implementing security best practices and compliance requirements within DevOps processes and infrastructure, ensuring data protection and regulatory adherence.

• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving DevOps processes and practices through automation, tooling enhancements, and adoption of industry best practices.

• Incident Response and Resolution: Responding to and resolving production incidents promptly, employing troubleshooting skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.

People -

• Work in partnership with the Account Management team to build cohesive account winning strategies for existing clients and prospects.
• Support a culture of agility, innovation and dynamicism with the Beyon Solutions.
• Support the standards for competency and behavior as well as our vision and values and ensure adherence.
• Ensure PMR process is completed in a timely fashion for the team and self, as we all as ensuring KPI alignment to organizational objectives.
