Job Description
Adams Manufacturing part of the Keter Group is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move products and materials throughout the warehouse ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols. The role demands attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean organized work environment while supporting overall warehouse functions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load unload and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues to ensure safe operation.
- Accurately pick and pack products for shipment while adhering to quality control standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Assist in keeping the warehouse organized and free of hazards adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Hours: Monday Friday 7:30am 4pm; OT as needed may be required to work some Saturdays during peak season.
Pay: $17/hour to start
Location: Ellwood City PA
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Safety toed shoes.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Effective communication skills and a teamoriented attitude.
