Role Overview:

As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling goods within our warehouse. This includes loading and unloading containers and vehicles, stock management, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will hold valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Certificates and have previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate both counterbalance and reach forklifts to load and unload containers and vehicles.
• Move stock efficiently within the warehouse and ensure goods are stored correctly.
• Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure all warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as required.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Certificates.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
• Candidates must pass a DBS check and must not have any unspent criminal convictions.
