Job Description
- Safely operate a forklift to load and unload commercial vehicles efficiently.
- Inspect products thoroughly and assemble sample orders manually to meet quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain product quality ensuring all specifications are met.
- Adhere to company policies procedures and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Report any product discrepancies or equipment issues to the Yard Supervisor promptly.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with safety training.
- Support overall operations by performing additional duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with forklift operators truck drivers and team members to achieve performance targets effectively.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated experience operating forklifts and yard equipment in production or warehouse environments.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality.
- Comprehensive understanding of workplace safety protocols with a proactive approach to compliance.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with team members and supervisors.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to handle challenges and situations effectively and efficiently.
- Manual dexterity and proficiency in handling equipment and materials with precision.
- Exceptional organizational time management and multitasking skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
- Recognizes the importance of showing up on time every day to maintain production flow and team performance.
