David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Support Representative to join their team in Spain.
Position:Customer Service Representative
Location: remote Spain (mainland)
Employment type: Fulltime
Work model: onsite.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take incoming user requests B2C (via telephone/email)
- Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution to thecustomer
- Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge
- Solve requests/incidents related to more specific products/apps related to audio equipment
- Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to users
- Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system.
- Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
- Monitor / progress all open queries in queue
- Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- 1 year in a customer service environment preferably technical support
- Excellent customer care skills
- Advanced IT knowledge in signal path connectivity wireless networking music and audiovisual products.
- Windows and Mac environment literate
- Excellent customer care knowledge and awareness
- Ability to implement and manage changes in processes.
