- Conduct technical design tasks including proposing analysing calculating planning and estimating to address client inquiries. Gather and furnish technical inputs and detail product specifications accordingly.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with project managers developers regulatory officers and contractors which involves project drawings designs taking necessary actions resolving site issues and regulatory requirements.
- Follow up on projectrelated technical matters visit and conduct client meetings and engage with regulatory officers as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering project and quality control activities to ensure compliance with customer expectations engineering standards relevant environmental safety and health requirements.
- Fulfil additional duties assigned by project managers or directors and remain prepared for adhoc tasks or projects.
- Undertake any additional tasks when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) or equivalent from reputable universities in Japan.
- Malaysian and Japanese candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the field are required. Malaysian candidates with relevant working experience in Japan would be an advantage.
- Possess strong critical and analytical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail in calculations and design.
- Demonstrated excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with contractors developers and regulatory officers.
- Capable of performing well under pressure and highly selfmotivated
- Proficient in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must exhibit a high level of analytical ability meticulousness integrity and capable of working independently.
- Mandatory for Malaysian candidates to be proficient in spoken and written Japanese.
