Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of experience in customer relations or a related field. As a Customer Relations Executive you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers addressing their inquiries and concerns and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience
. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
45 years of experience in customer relations or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving abilities
Ability to work well in a team
Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
