Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of experience in customer relations or a related field. As a Customer Relations Executive you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers addressing their inquiries and concerns and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:
. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience
. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions



Requirements

45 years of experience in customer relations or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving abilities
Ability to work well in a team
Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred



Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Engage with customers through various channels (e.g., social media, direct mail, face-to-face) to promote products and services. Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, marketing outcomes, and new business prospects. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., product development, customer service) to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
