Assistant Manager Operations

General Overview

The Land Terra team needs a qualified Assistant Manager who will become a strong contributor and make a difference. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations and our exceptional team. The perfect candidate will have a strong understanding of the business process and people management and excel at team building. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and has experience in process optimization. The Assistant Manager must be personable professional and motivated.

Objectives of this role

The Assistant Manager Operations is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in the strategic oversight and management of daily activities ensuring operational efficiency compliance with internal policies and alignment with broader company objectives.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance business processes and productivity.
Monitor operational data and support the identification of areas for improvement.
Facilitate the training and supervision of operational staff to promote high performance and exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
Contribute to the preparation of operational reports and recommendations for senior management.


Required skills and qualifications

A minimum of 35 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of operational management processes.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in identifying and improving operational inefficiencies.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Expertise in operational software tools and data analysis.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills enabling collaboration across departments.
Excellent communication interpersonal problemsolving presentation and organizational skills.
Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
C1C2 English level.
