Job Description
- Strategic Planning: Coordinate long-term strategic planning and resource allocation for the business unit, aligning financial strategies with business goals.
- Team Development: Develop the Group's resources and competencies in financial management. Build, manage, and strengthen the regional finance team.
- Business Control: Oversee all financial and business control operations, ensuring a robust financial structure.
- Financial Reporting: Coordinate, analyze, and report financial performance to management, including projections and other special projects as needed.
- Forecasting: Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts to guide business decisions.
- Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures to support corporate governance and compliance.
