Are you passionate about creating a sustainable future and want to play a key role in building the teams that drive positive change Ground Control is seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the endtoend recruitment process within our dynamic organization. As a key member of our People team youll be instrumental in shaping our workforce in the areas of Rail and Infrastructure Business Development and Ecology.For this role you will mainly be working from home with occasional travel to our head office in Billericay. This position will initially be a fixed term contract with the view to make into a permanent role.

What will you achieve

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle from understanding hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates.

DaytoDay Duties:

  • Manage a pipeline of recruitment needs ensuring timely fulfillment against KPIs.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through headhunting and other channels.
  • Lead tailored recruitment campaigns to enhance Ground Controls visibility among sustainability professionals.
  • Conduct the endtoend recruitment process including briefing calls advertisement creation candidate sourcing interview processes job offers and onboarding.
  • Cold contact source and sift candidates to build a strong talent pool.
