Job Description
- Involved in providing Level 2 & 3 Application Software Support covering Java applications
- Good experience in diagnosing troubleshooting solving code errors and fixing bug issues within the software applications with SLAs
- Good experience in using software technologies such as Java Oracle SQL Database and etc within Linux and Windows environment
- Good experience in writing monitoring and automation scripts using Javascript Perl or Shell
- Having a good understanding of ITIL Agile and Scrum methodologies would be added advantage
- Work closely with Project Managers and Software Engineers for process improvement and delivering highquality standards & products
- Good analytical problemsolving skills to resolve issues as well as providing shortterm and longterm solutions
- A team player and enjoy working in a multicultural environment
