Job Description

SEO: Implement and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive targeted website traffic. Utilize SEO tools to track and analyze performance making adjustments as necessary.

PPC: Create and manage effective PPC campaigns across multiple platforms to generate leads and increase conversions. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.

LinkedIn Marketing: Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to elevate brand presence and engage with target audiences. Create and manage LinkedIn content and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.

Lead and Sales Management: Utilize Zoho or similar CRM applications to efficiently manage leads track sales activities and generate detailed and accurate reports. Streamline the lead and sales process to enhance productivity and sales performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing solutions.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. Provide comprehensive and accurate reporting on lead and sales performance offering insights and recommendations for improvement.



Requirements

Deep understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.

Experience in creating and managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Experience with LinkedIn marketing and leveraging the platform for brand promotion.

Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM applications for lead and sales management.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.



Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
