About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated and established
Project Manager, to oversee
Civil infrastructure projects. Ideally, the successful candidate will be based in
Brisbane or the Gold Coast, as this role will require travel to Project sites in
Regional Areas such as Cairns.
This team is a leading civil construction company, delivering major infrastructure projects across Queensland. With a focus on quality and innovation, we specialize in flood recovery, main roads and landslip projects, you will work with a range of public and private sector clients.
In this role,
you ll be responsible for leading teams, managing budgets, liaising with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope. This is a role for someone who thrives under pressure, shows resilience, and isn t afraid to get their hands dirty to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including flood recovery, main roads, and landslips.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Travel to project sites, as needed, across Queensland.
What We re Looking For:- Proven experience in civil construction project management, preferably in flood recovery, roadworks, or similar sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and meet project deadlines.
- Resilience, grit, and a "can-do" attitude someone who can take charge and get the job done, no matter the challenge.
- Willingness to travel for projects across Queensland, including regional areas like Cairns.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
