We are a company that develops and operates comprehensive DX services advancing the digitization of administrative procedures and front desk operations for local governments. In this role you will be responsible for the development of our inhouse services aimed at promoting municipal DX as well as other DX development projects. Depending on your experience and preferences you may also be entrusted with leadership and management tasks.
As part of our business we offer inhouse services contract development SES and lab development. You will be assigned to one of these projects based on your experience and preferences. (The current distribution of projects is inhouse services: contract development: SES 1:4:5 ratio.)
Lab development involves projects where development is carried out by a fully dedicated team without being stationed at the clients premises. Under the guidance of senior engineers you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through onthejob training (OJT)!
Specific Job Description
- You will be responsible for the development and operation of Web systems regardless of whether they are inhouse or for other companies. *Most of the projects are development projects and even for maintenance projects additional development is always required!
- Development of various web applications using JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js Vue.js React) PHP (Laravel) Ruby Python Java Go C# etc. or mobile applications using Swift Kotlin etc.

Annual Salary:JPY
- Salary increase available

- Commuting Allowance (Up to: 50000 per month)
- Telecommuting Support Allowance (Up to: 5000 per month)
Hours: 9:30 18:30 (Break Time: 60 minutes)
- Actual Working Hours: 8 hours
- Night shifts: As needed
- Monthly average overtime hours: 10 hours or less
Flexible working hours between 9:30 and 10:00 for arrival. The above is for headquarters employees; the schedule may vary depending on the clients location.
