Tasks

• Manage the companys trade compliance program to ensure adherence to all relevant international trade regulations and export control laws
• Monitor and interpret changes in international trade laws and regulations ensuring the company remains compliant with evolving requirements
• Conduct thorough reviews of all import and export transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including classification valuation country of origin and licensing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all trade compliancerelated inquiries and issues providing expert guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for export licenses permits and other regulatory filings ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• 3 years PQE in the compliance field
