Job Description

Overview:

The CRM Real Estate position is a key role within our organization responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with real estate clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This role plays a pivotal part in driving business growth client retention and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CRM software to maintain and analyze real estate client data
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client experience and satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of contact for real estate clients addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate property viewings negotiations and closings
  • Assist in the preparation of real estate contracts and leasing agreements
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement and satisfaction
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends pricing and regulations
  • Handle client feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in real estate sales CRM or client management
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools such as Salesforce HubSpot or Zoho
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws regulations and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Good negotiation and problemsolving abilities
  • Detailoriented and organized approach to client management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Willingness to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic real estate environment
