Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customer targets from enterprise/corporate segments.
- Researching key contacts of Architects MEP Consultants PMC for Commercial Real
- Estate projects
- Generating own leads and taking ownership of the sales journey (lead gen to closure)
- Apply consultative sales skills (by using case studies use cases etc.) to build
- relationships with stakeholders
- Creating client demos/ presentations quotes/ proposals
- Providing accurate sales activity tracking and status on CRM
- A track record of closing deals on monthly or quarterly targets
We re looking for someone who
1. Has proven experience of 35 years in IoT and SaaS industry selling products/solutions to
various stakeholders such as the architects MEP consultants and PMC community
2. Has experience of working directly with Facility managers consultant architects design &
build HVAC consultant lighting consultant PMC and Specify our products solutions
getting necessary approvals.
3. Willing to work in a 2080 environment of office and field environment
4. Has knowledge of the technical specifications procurement process decision making
criteria processes used in the industry etc
5. Team player with excellent oral & written communication presentation skills and must be
able to articulate technology & product positioning to both business & technical users.
6. Well organized analytical detailoriented and qualityminded able to eliminate sales
obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Education/Experience
Good to have
1. Worked on CRM Tools
2. Worked on B2B portals to generate leads
3. Education in BBA/BCA/Engineering degree or equivalent
