Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are a familyoriented company dedicated to the success of our agents and the joy of our clients through a seamless vacation booking process.
Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Remote Travel Professionals to join our remote team. As a Remote Travel Professional you will handle incoming travel requests through various channels (smartphone email etc.) with accuracy and efficiency.
You will be the main point of contact for clients managing all their travel booking needs whether for business or leisure while providing exceptional customer service to exceed their expectations. Youll also have the opportunity to sell packages tours event tickets and more. No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training and certifications.
This position requires a low monthly startup cost.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A passion for helping clients create their dream vacations by offering our destinations and services
- Excellent customer service skills
- A desire to build and maintain relationships with travel partners and clients
- Expertise in our products and policies (training provided)
- Acute attention to detail with the ability to review your own work for quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare plan and execute travel sales (including airline car rental cruises hotels and events)
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
- Work effectively in a team setting
- Stay informed about the travel industry and policies
- Collect and enter data into our software maintaining accurate client files
- Complete required certification promptly
- Participate in ongoing training with our company and travel partners
Qualifications:
- Must have a laptop and smart phone with reliable internet access
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States
