Who Were Looking For:
MBA from a toptier business school.
13 years of lateral/market recruitment experience.
Solid endtoend knowledge of the lateral/market recruitment process with expertise in sourcing across different platforms.
Experience working with senior stakeholders.
Ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Capacity to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture.
Proven track record of proficient problemsolving organizational and analytical skills.
