Job Description

This is a remote position.

Are you ready to take your career in recruitment coordination to the next level Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting endtoend recruitment activities from posting job ads to screening applications and scheduling interviews. You ll be the main point of contact for candidates ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment journey. Collaborate with hiring managers across multiple time zones assist with onboarding and help drive process improvements.   • Recruitment Coordination: Support endtoend recruitment activities including posting job ads screening applications and scheduling interviews.

  • Candidate Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for candidates providing updates and ensuring a positive recruitment journey.

  • Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates across various time zones.

  • Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing offer letters employment contracts and onboarding documentation.

  • System Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools with accurate and timely data.

  • Collaboration: Work with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment campaigns events and sourcing strategies.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Reporting: Compile and analyse recruitment metrics to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination HR or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and systems (e.g. ATS HRIS LinkedIn).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A proactive collaborative and solutionoriented approach to work.
