Position Summary
We are seeking a fulltime engineer to join our engineering team who will be responsible for developing Indus Actions nextgen platform.
We re looking for exceptional candidates who are excited about the opportunity to build a nextgeneration CivicTech and GovTech. The incumbent should be passionate about building awesome products by utilizing cuttingedge technologies which in turn creates value for citizens nationally.
You will shape the company s current and future product development by converting the product roadmap into a reality. You must be passionate about tackling complex challenges faced byproduct development organizations.
The engineering team at Indus Action is agile and small and everyone gets an opportunity to have their hands on multiple products and technologies while simultaneously finding areas to focus on more closely over time.
This is a terrific opportunity to develop leadingedge technology products and be at the forefront of innovation to bridge the information gap while getting exposure to the CivicTech/GovTech landscape and contributing towards Indus Action s mission of enabling vulnerable families sustainable access to legislated rights .

Minimum Graduation Degree In B.E./B.Tech/BCA
Background in Drupal required
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
4 years of experience in Drupal development with a strong portfolio of Drupal projects.
Proficiency in PHP HTML CSS JavaScript jQuery and MySQL.
Solid understanding of Drupal architecture including custom module development and theming.
Experience with Drupal 8/9/10 including knowledge of the Drupal API and Drupal core concepts.
Good understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
Expertise in designing implementing and managing MySQL databases.
Proficient in writing complex SQL queries stored procedures and triggers.
Experience with database optimization indexing and performance tuning.
Knowledge of MySQL replication backup and recovery strategies.
Good understanding of Git and GitHub.
Broad knowledge of Python React.js and other technologies is an added advantage.
Knowledge of AWS and DevOps practices is an added advantage.
Strong project management skills with experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation
The Technology Manager will be compensated based on the Indus Action s compensation benchmarking rubric. The range of compensation will be depending on qualifications experience role fitment.

Indus Action doesn t provide laptops to employees however it bears the maintenance costs up to INR 12000 per annum.
