Recruiter Intern
Stipend INR 7000 per month
Immediate joiner

Overview:

The Recruiter Interns plays a critical role in sourcing screening and onboarding interns to contribute to the success of our organization. This position is essential in attracting top talent and facilitating the recruitment process to meet the companys internship needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand internship requirements
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events
  • Assist in the creation of internship job descriptions and postings
  • Support the internship program with onboarding and orientation processes
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Adhere to legal and company policies in recruitment activities
  • Work on special projects related to talent acquisition as needed


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong sense of initiative
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with internship programs and university partnerships is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to maintain a high level of ethics and integrity in work
  • Passion for talent acquisition and developing future talent
