Job Summary:
We are looking for a detailoriented and customerfocused Customer Service Representative (NonVoice) to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries and issues through email chat and social media platforms ensuring timely and effective resolutions. This role requires excellent written communication skills a strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support via email and chat channels maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

2. Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns inquiries and complaints promptly striving to find effective solutions.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop an indepth understanding of our products/services to answer customer questions and recommend appropriate solutions.

4. Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers colleagues and other departments within the company.

5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions transactions and resolutions.

7. Conflict Resolution: Handle challenging situations and conflicts with empathy patience and professionalism.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and share insights to improve customer satisfaction.

9. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures while providing customer service and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:
HSC (Bachelors degree preferred).
Proven customer service experience or related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems.
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends if required.
Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
