Experience:
- 34 years of experience in Life Insurance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Agency Model in a team player role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mentor and develop a team of advisors to drive business growth.
- Implement and strengthen the variable agency model in the assigned region.
- Deliver topline revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
- Ensure the achievement of renewal targets for the channel.
- Monitor and improve advisor productivity and performance
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the Life Insurance market products and sales practices.
- Excellent decisionmaking leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Proven experience in building and scaling successful sales teams.
- Fluent in Kannada and English with good communication skills.
Preferred Background:
- Previous experience in Life Insurance Agency operations and management.
