We are looking for a skilled Guidewire Policy Center Business Analyst and Configuration Developer with 412 years of experience in implementing Guidewire solutions for insurance industry clients. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders business users and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements translate them into technical specifications and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include conducting workshops documenting detailed requirements configuring and customizing Guidewire Policy Center and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and system implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center functionalities such as policy administration underwriting rating and claims management and be proficient in configuring and customizing the platform.
The Configuration Developer will focus on developing and enhancing Guidewire Policy Center functionalities to meet clientspecific needs. Responsibilities include configuring product models rules workflows screens and user interfaces and collaborating with business analysts and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. The role requires experience in system testing troubleshooting and providing ongoing support for Guidewire Policy Center applications.
Candidates should have a bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field excellent communication skills strong analytical abilities and a collaborative mindset. Prior experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
