Job Description: Head of Sales School CRM

Location: Bangalore India
Coverage Area: Karnataka and Neighbouring States
Experience Required: 8 to 12 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our School CRM sales efforts across Karnataka and neighbouring states. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring new schools driving sales growth and managing a team of sales executives. As the Head of Sales you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans expanding our customer base and ensuring the successful adoption of our CRM solutions in schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals across Karnataka and neighbouring states.
  • Identify and target new schools for CRM adoption focusing on both private and public institutions.
  • Set and monitor sales targets ensuring that the team meets and exceeds them.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead mentor and manage a team of sales executives providing guidance training and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Foster a highperformance sales culture encouraging collaboration innovation and accountability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Business Development:
  • Drive the acquisition of new schools in Karnataka leveraging existing relationships and building new connections within the education sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and marketing campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators decisionmakers and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing tailored CRM solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for highvalue clients managing negotiations and contract agreements.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports including forecasts performance metrics and market insights to senior management.
  • Use datadriven approaches to refine sales strategies and optimize the sales process.
  • Track and analyze competitors activities and market conditions to stay competitive.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in sales with a strong focus on the education sector and CRM solutions.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring new schools and driving sales growth in Karnataka and neighbouring states.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and managing a sales team with a focus on motivation development and performance management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with school administrators and key stakeholders.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the education landscape in Karnataka including challenges opportunities and key decisionmakers.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and their application in the education sector.
