Job Description
We are in search of a dynamic and visionary professional to take on the role of Head of Products. This key position requires a strategic leader who can drive the innovation development and lifecycle management of our clients product portfolio. The successful candidate will leverage analytical skills market insights and leadership experience to position the company at the forefront of the IT solutions market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement product strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept through to launch and postlaunch evaluation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure product alignment with client needs and market trends.
- Drive market analysis and competitive research to make informed decisions.
- Manage and mentor a highperforming team of product managers and designers.
- Ensure continuous improvement and innovation in the product development process.
Product Management and Strategy
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap.
- Evaluate and prioritise product opportunities based on market demand technology trends and business potential.
- Ensure product offerings are competitive and meet customer needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management preferably in the IT sector.
- Proven track record in leading product teams and managing a product portfolio.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions cloud services and innovation in technology.
- Excellent leadership communication and strategic planning skills.
