Job Description
- Setup & optimize operational processes & procedures to support scalability.
- Establish and manage warehouse logistics and supply chain networks for devices (phones tablets PC s etc.) in close collaboration with the global team
- Continuously enhance customer experience whilst balancing costs
- Setup and foster relationships between service managers 3rd party networks to ensure customer expectations are met
- Understand client requirements and objectives translating them into operational requirements
- Identify operational risks factors early and implement mitigation or contingency plans
- Report to the executive team and/or client teams on results risks and opportunities identified
- Overseas warehouse management ensuring efficiency inventory control storage and distribution processes
- Manage repair logistics coordinating timely and effective repairs and replacements.
- Optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and costeffective delivery and distribution of devices
Requirements
- Min 4 years of experience managing Supply Chain with good understanding of warehouse operations procurement and vendor management
- Experience with managing teams will be preferred
- Experience in mobile and consumer electronics service sector will be advantageous
- Collaborative and focused on delivery
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English & Malaysia
- Cando proactive attitude with the determination to see through change.
- Selfmotivated and ability to influence stakeholders under dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively across a complex matrix organization and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
