Tasks

Key Objectives

As an Ecommerce Specialist you are the new driving force behind the online store of Cooler Master: manufacturer of PC components and gaming gear. In the position of Ecommerce Specialist you are not a programmer marketer or web developer but someone who is familiar with each of these functions.

Role & Responsibilities

Optimization of online marketing channels such as SEO/SEA affiliate programs email marketing and social media.

You are working on lowering the CPC (costperclick) increasing website traffic and generating new leads.

Compliance and further development of the Global ecommerce strategy based on the budget.

Identifying new profitable opportunities and routes for consumers.

Support the operational management of the online store.

Requirements

Educated to degree level or equivalent and/or proven work experience within an online store (experience with Shopigy BigCommerce or nopCommerce is an advantage);

Minimum 2 years experience in ecommerce sales (consumer electronics or otherwise).

Experience managing online operations in both startup and more complex environments.

Personal Characteristics

Responds quickly to customer/client requests and needs as a priority.
You are social communicative and have an excellent understanding of the English language spoken and written (Dutch or Chinese is an advantage).

You can run an online store independently and salesoriented have a proactive attitude are problemsolving and think along with the consumer;

Outgoing person who is capable of working with cross functional multicultural teams.

Handles problems and acts on own initiative without being prompted.
Seeks out and acts on both internal and external customer/client feedback.
Outgoing personality who is capable of working with cross functional teams.
