Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to design develop and support highquality data analytics and reporting solutions.
- Build and maintain robust data architectures.
- Design and create databases tables and queries based on business needs.
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Create copy and clone tables from different DBMS into SQL Server.
- Utilize expertise in SQL Server Virtual Machine concepts and architecture.
- Maintain production reliability ensuring performance uptime and recoverability.
- Conduct performance tuning as needed and develop expertise in the scope of data used by the entire Retail Operations team.
- Support data access and security.
- Integrate data views with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
- 4 years of relevant data management experience in consulting or industry (e.g. master data metadata data architecture data governance data quality data modeling data standards).
- Expertlevel skills in SQL Server architecture.
- Advanced Python skills including Pandas data wrangling and loading.
- Detailed understanding of data governance and data profiling concepts.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience with cloudbased data platforms such as Google Analytics and Snowflake and building Airflow pipelines is a plus.
