Logistic Specialist

Company Introduction:

1. Logistics Operations Management:

• Oversee the entire logistics process including inbound and outbound shipments warehousing and inventory management.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and finished goods.
  

2.LMW Compliance:

• Manage and maintain the LMW license ensuring full compliance with Malaysian regulations.
  
• Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation related to LMW activities.
  

3. Supply Chain Coordination:

• Collaborate with suppliers vendors and internal teams to optimize the supply chain and minimize disruptions.
  
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.
  

4. Inventory Control:

• Implement and manage inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels.
  
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  

5. Cost Management:

• Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
  
• Negotiate with freight forwarders transport providers and other logistics partners to secure favorable rates.
  

6. Process Improvement:

• Continuously review and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency accuracy and speed.
  
• Implement best practices and new technologies to streamline operations.
  

7. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the production procurement and sales teams to align logistics activities with overall business goals.
  
• Provide logistics support and guidance to crossfunctional teams.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
  
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.
  
• Extensive knowledge of Logistics Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) regulations and compliance.
  
• Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
  
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes inventory control and warehouse management.
