About the role
Right Seat is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Administration Manager to oversee all financial and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting financial analysis reporting and ensuring the efficient administration of the office. This role is crucial in supporting the companys financial stability and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
- Develop and manage the companys financial systems and policies.
- Prepare financial statements budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting ensuring timely submission to senior management.
- Manage cash flow and oversee accounts payable/receivable payroll and tax reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal financial regulations.
- Liaise with auditors banks and other financial institutions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisionmaking.
Administration:
- Oversee daily administrative operations ensuring efficient office management.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships including procurement of office supplies and services.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to business operations.
- Oversee HR functions such as employee onboarding benefits administration and records management.
- Manage contracts insurance policies and lease agreements.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
5 years of experience in financial management and administration preferably within a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Conversant with office applications like Word processing spreadsheets Power point and database etc.
