About the Role
Are you fluent in Hebrew and English with a passion for social media We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki. In this role you will help maintain a safe and positive online environment by moderating usergenerated content for a 24/7 project working shifts to ensure platform safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor review and moderate social media content to ensure it adheres to platform guidelines.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate sensitive or harmful content.
• Address reported content issues efficiently ensuring a positive user experience.
• Follow established content moderation processes with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance content policies and provide feedback on moderation procedures.

What Were Looking For:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Greece.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and sometimes graphic content with professionalism.
• Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to managing issues.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in social media content moderation or a similar role is a plus but not required.
