Job Description

DutchSpeaking Customer Service Representative

Location: Greece (Remote Work)

Gross Salary: 1300 per month
Bonuses: Monthly Performance Bonus up to 10%
Benefits: Free ticket to Greece and 4 weeks of accommodation provided
Schedule: MondaySunday 10:0022:00
Relocation: Assistance provided

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Dutch language proficiency at C2 level
  • English language skills at C1 level
  • Strong technical skills

Training: 2week training program provided

Responsibilities:

  1. Service Requests:
    • Identify business partners and arrange service visits for repairs installations or maintenance.
    • Use Call Assistance to help consumers resolve issues independently where possible.
  2. General Inquiries:
    • Provide requested information efficiently by accessing all relevant data sources.
    • Initiate followups for sending materials such as catalogues or brochures.
  3. ServiceRelated Complaints:
    • Log complaints in a structured manner with all necessary details.
    • Set up followup actions or escalate to a supervisor if required.
  4. Spare Part Sales:
    • Encourage and facilitate the sale of spare parts when appropriate focusing on up and crossselling opportunities.
