snapscale is seeking a Healthcare Specialist to provide administrative and clinical support to our healthcare client. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills a solid attention to detail and a passion for providing highquality patient care. This position requires at least 23 years of experience in a healthcarerelated role with proficiency in using various healthcare management software.

Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments managing patient records and processing insurance claims.
• Communicate effectively with patients answering their inquiries and providing necessary information.
• Coordinate patient care by liaising between healthcare providers patients and external vendors.
• Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) with accurate and timely information.
• Support clinical staff by preparing medical documentation and assisting with telehealth consultations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 23 years of experience in a healthcarerelated role.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and confidentiality requirements.
