As a Salesforce Consultant you will be responsible for redesigning various processes to further streamline communication between customers office staff and headquarters with Salesforce as the central solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing new Salesforce processes;
- Establishing contacts with the business and jointly developing a tobe process;
- Preparing facilitating and leading Joint Application Design sessions with various stakeholders;
- Creating documentation and providing training and support to users;
- Supporting integrations from Salesforce to other applications.
Requirements
- Strong problemsolving skills and creative thinking;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role related to Salesforce;
- Experience within Financial Service Cloud and Service Cloud;
- Knowledge of process modelling in Flow and Omnistudio;
- Extensive knowledge of case management setup within Salesforce;
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch (spoken and written).
