IT as a Service not as a struggle: We are building an allinone IT platform combined with premium support. From user on and offboarding to service and support cybersecurity and device management deeploi covers the entire scope of a companys IT department.

Tasks

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Associate with a focus on Growth to join our Berlin team. This role is perfect for an entrepreneurial graduate who wants to gain deep experience in how Sales and GotoMarket (GTM) strategies work in a fastpaced startup environment.

  • Growth and GTM Learning: Immerse yourself in the world of Growth and GTM within a B2B SaaS startup. Gain handson experience and develop a comprehensive understanding of how GTM processes and strategies drive business growth.
  • Customer Attraction and Deal Closing: Lead efforts to attract potential customers generate meaningful conversations and close deals. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts driving revenue and expanding our customer base.
  • Strategy & Process Improvement: Continuously refine and improve our sales processes and approaches to make them more compelling and effective. Your input will be crucial in enhancing how we present our value proposition to potential clients.
  • Sales Team Development: Play a key role in preparing our sales team for scaling. This includes developing processes training materials and strategies that will enable the team to grow and succeed as we expand.

Requirements

  • You have a bachelors or masters degree in Business Management or similar fields.
  • You are eager to learn about Growth GTM and Customer Acquisition in the startup ecosystem.
  • You take initiative and have a handson approach to problemsolving.
  • You are a team player with a strong ability to selforganize.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and German both verbal and written.
