As a Croatian Speaking Sales Representative you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with potential clients and closing sales. Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to leads provided by the client negotiating terms and ensuring successful client onboarding. The position requires a high level of dedication to managing each sales opportunity with persistence and a focus on achieving results.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement Initiate contact with potential accounts using leads supplied by the client.
- Sales Negotiation Utilize strong negotiation skills to finalize agreements and bring new clients on board.
- Opportunity Management Handle each sales opportunity with diligence aiming to close deals effectively.
- Process Adaptation Continuously adapt and refine work processes to discover the most efficient ways to secure deals.
You need:
- Fluency in Croatian language (must be at least C1)
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
Offer:
- Base salary: 1260 gross per month
- Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1060 only if you are currently living at least 100km away from Lisbon
- The first contract for 12 months It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one)
