As a Customer Support Specialist your main responsibility will be to handle calls from existing customers and solve any issues they might have. You will use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to provide personalized solutions to the customers.

Provide services for an online marketplace that connects people looking to rent out their homes with those seeking accommodations. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in San Francisco California It operates globally offering unique lodging options and travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and ef cient service to the customers
- Help the clients with doubts questions issues and lastminute requests
- Receive calls from customers contact via mail and chat is also possible
- Investigate identify and escalate issues appropriately by prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters
Requirements:
- Fluent level of German language (C1)
- Communicative level of English language (B2)
- Be anywhere in Greece
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Positive attitude and a team player
