Job Description
Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for customer service Join the dynamic team in Lisbon where youll assist our Germanspeaking customers. As a Customer Service Representative youll handle inquiries provide expert advice and resolve issues efficiently. Be part of a company that values excellence and customer satisfaction!
Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Service will be:
- Managing and responding to customer requests through phone and email.
- Assisting customers with queries and requests.
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations
Requirements
Skills qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Nativelevel proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes with a positive mindset
- Motivation and commitment to perform the assigned tasks effectively
- Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle
