Position: Customer Service Representative (Wolof language speaker)
We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Wolof language speaker). Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone email and chat in Wolof language
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
Assist customers with product orders returns and exchanges
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain customer records and update information in the company database
Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers
Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics and goals
Requirements:
Fluency in Wolof language is a must
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Prior customer service experience is preferred
Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
