Overview:
The Vice President of Human Resources plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and overseeing the human resources function within the organization. They are responsible for establishing and implementing HR policies and programs that support the companys overall objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organizations goals and objectives
- Oversee talent acquisition recruitment and onboarding processes
- Lead and manage employee relations performance management and succession planning
- Establish and manage compensation and benefits programs
- Guide organizational development and change management initiatives
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate employee relations risks
- Direct the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and coaching to the HR team
- Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic HR initiatives
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs
- Drive diversity equity and inclusion efforts across the organization
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Manage the HR budget and resources effectively
- Implement employee engagement and retention strategies
- Lead HRrelated communication and change management efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field; Master s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR leader or in a similar senior management role
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management organizational development and labor laws
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business strategies into HR initiatives
- Proven track record of successful change management and organizational transformation
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and make datadriven decisions
- Professional certification such as SHRMSCP or SPHR is a plus
- Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities

- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software
