Handle customer queries and provide support through various communication channels.
Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to the defined processes and service level agreements.
Manage 24/7 rotational shifts with diligence and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: PUC/Intermediate/2 or Graduation
Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.

Compensation:
Salary: For Fresher V4 17500 CTC ( 17500 Take Home including PMI).
Work Schedule:
Days of Work: 6 days a week with 1 day rotational weekoff.
Shift Type: 24/7 Rotational Shift.
